Khobi Attai, MA

In addition to her genuine nature, Khobi brings a wealth of experience and skills to help her clients identify their goals and find lasting results. She has worked with diverse populations at two of Calgary’s largest agencies, has trained under Dr. Scott Miller, founder of the International Center for Clinical Excellence and has received several awards for her work.

Khobi is dedicated to creating treatment plans that are well suited to each client, and therefore applies an eclectic model of psychotherapy to provide interventions that best fit client’s unique needs and circumstances. Khobi’s primary models are Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, yet she also incorporates elements of Solution-Focused, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic, Existential, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy in the context of client’s presenting concerns, cultural dynamics, and language background.
